Termini di cancellazione e deposito

Siamo consapevoli che ci potrebbero essere degli imprevisti prima del suo arrivo o durante il soggiorno, ci riserviamo tuttavia il diritto di calcolare le spese di annullamento, secondo i termini di cancellazione di seguito riportati.

I termini di cancellazione si devono intendere ad ogni chalet prenotato.

CONDIZIONI DI PRENOTAZIONE

Richiediamo un bonifico bancario al momento della prenotazione con metà dell’importo del soggiorno, con una copia della conferma. Il saldo verrà effettuato al check in.

TERMINI DI CANCELLAZIONE

Cancellazione GRATUITE fino a 14 giorni prima della data prevista di arrivo.

In caso di cancellazione o modifiche effettuate 14 prima della data prevista di arrivo viene trattenuta la caparra versata al momento della prenotazione.

Il soggiorno sarà addebitato per intero in caso di partenza anticipata.

LA  CONFERMA DELLA PRENOTAZIONE IMPLICA L’ACCETTAZIONE DEI NOSTRI TERMINI DI CANCELLAZIONE E DEPOSITO.

Cancellation terms and deposit

We know that  unexpected events can happen  before or during your stay but  we reserve the right to set and charge the cost of costs cancellation in accordance with the canncellation  terms below.

Cancellation terms apply to each and every individual chalet.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

We request a bank transfer at the time of booking with half the amount of the stay, with a copy of the confirmation. The balance will be paid at check in.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION

– If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

– If cancelled or modified up to 13 before date of arrival, the deposit paid at the time of booking will charged.

– The full cost of the stay will be charged in case of early departure.
